Outlook UX - one good thing, one bad

This is the bad thing. Can you see the problem here? No scrollbars, no full filename on hover. This is the latest version of Outlook (Classic). Still not fixed after many years.

Here's the good thing:

When you have a bunch of notifications you can snooze them for 5, 10, 15 minutes, 1, 2 hours etc. If you snooze a single item for, say 15 minutes, then when it pops up again 15 minutes is the default. If you multi-select them all and then snooze for, say 1 hour, then when they are displayed again it doesn't default them all to 1 hour, but 10 minutes again. I think this is a good thing, because it makes you think about how long to snooze each one, rather than constantly pushing them into the future. You may not think it's a good thing.
